All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET ship the same business day once payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day.

Package Protection
Every order includes mandatory Package Protection (4% of subtotal). If a shipment is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, a free replacement ships immediately — no claims process. Contact sales@dialedresearch.com within 7 days of the delivery date.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is created. Shipments are packed securely with temperature-controlled handling where required.
Address accuracy
Please confirm your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and we are not responsible for delivery to an incorrect address supplied by the customer.
