Refund Policy

All products are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only (RUO). They are not for human or animal consumption and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Returns

Because of the nature of research materials, opened or used products cannot be returned. Unopened products in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price; return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and the original shipping fee and Package Protection fee are non-refundable.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

All orders carry Package Protection. If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or contains the wrong item, contact sales@dialedresearch.com within 7 days of the delivery date and we will ship a free replacement immediately. No claims process is required.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship. Once a tracking number has been issued the order cannot be cancelled and the returns policy above applies.

Refund method & timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Zelle payments are refunded by Zelle to the sending account.
